I engaged Sarah to sell my property after having dealings with her 5 years previously on a property I missed out on the time. I was so impressed with the way I was treated during that process as a buyer that when it came time to sell this property she was on top of my list of Agents to contact. Her professionalism once again shone through. Not once through out the process did I feel that I didn't know what was going on or that I was agreeing to choices/decisions I wasn't comfortable with (unlike some previous experiences with other Agencies). Sarah and her team constantly kept me up to date every stage of the process. Their professionalism and friendliness put me at ease and feeling relaxed throughout this time (as much as you possibly can when selling a home!) My feeling is that Sarah feels personally involved with each sale (as if it was her own home) which drives her even more to get the best possible outcome (which for me was above what I expected). I would (and have) recommended Sarah to friends who have mentioned at looking to put their property on the market, and if I was to sell the currently property I am in, I wouldn't hesitate in going back to Sarah as my agent.
