Sarah was very professional in her approach with our property and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The property reports after each open house were fascinating as all potential buyer comments were recorded. The auction went well but the ability to see proceeding live via the Gavl App was impressive, as we live out of state. As a vendor you always want more for your property, but we exceeded the reserve price so we can't complain too much! Overall, we were very happy with the overall experience from the Harcourts Sheppard Team.
