From the first time I met with Drew, I knew he was the agent for us. Both Drew and Simon are some of the nicest guys I have ever met which is hard to come by in real estate agents. Drew was always in contact with us so we knew what was happening with the sale. Andrew Cowan was excellent in the process of selling my house. From the very beginning he understood our decision to sell a home that had been in our family for 95 years. He put very clear plans in place to achieve a good sale. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed and explained all aspects very clearly. As auction day approached he was in constant contact re numbers of interested buyers and supported us through the final stages. Lets face it, it seems most Real Estate agents are there to 'exagerate' a property for their commission and occasionally their seller. This chap is a little different I think. Not only did Andrew overcome a few hurdles when purchasing the property, but he even came back to check all was good and helped hang the mirrors. Not cocky, not egotistical but a man with an honest outlook, a warm and professional manner and a great sense of humour. Unfortunately for him I won't be. moving in a long while, but if you around when I do Andrew, expect my business.
