From the first time my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, we were impressed by how he presented himself. He was very professional, relaxed and smiling. At no time during our following meetings and communications did he apply pressure on us to get our property sold. All paperwork was handled extremely efficiently, with the assistance of his personal secretary Larissa Smith. He created a sales plan and presented it to us, backed up with printed statistics. He projected the value of our property which amazingly it achieved. He tried all avenues to promote the property, Including a video presentation, advertising, auction, open houses, etc. At all times he kept in touch by phone and emails to keep us up to date.
