Importantly, he consistently and reliably delivered as promised throughout the campaign. Xander and his team are absolute property professionals. Thank you Xander, Harry and Georgia.

I cannot speak highly enough of Xander and the team. They managed the preparation of my unit for sale in a manner that was essentially seamless to me, engaging tradespeople and managing their access to the unit. Xander saw a solution to an unapproved modification which had been done by a previous owner - this solution was 'inspired', cost a relatively small amount to achieve a compliant outcome and significantly contributed to the ease of sale and price achieved. Xander responded positively and proactively when an initial contract fell through due to finance and diligently kept working to not only achieve a second successful contract in a short time but also continued to show the property 'just in case' until the contract when unconditional. You can be sure you will be in professional and proactive hands if you engage Xander as your agent.

Sameer is I’d say the best agent I’ve been involved with when selling or buying a property. He will work through all challenges as they present and always keeps you in the loop. Each time something came up he was in contact to discuss the best option. He has a calm way of dealing with obstacles. He listens and responds in a positive way. I have no hesitation in recommending him as an agent and would work with him again in a heartbeat. Sameer has my respect and works in an honourable way. Alex

Having dealt with agents for 30 years I can honestly say Xander has been one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Every call returned, every update when he said he would. Great to deal with & a nice person

Domenico led the sale of our property in Highgate Hill. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the market. He had excellent attention to detail in preparing the house for sale. Totally reliable and always followed through. Domenico never let up for a minute - totally committed to getting everything just right. The marketing of the property was excellent and he was engaged at every point in the process. We felt he was fair and open throughout negotiations. Domenico was a real pleasure to work with - we would recommend his services without hesitation.

This was my first property sale and from the start Martin made things simple. He provided a strategy for getting the property sold quickly for the right price and assisted with organising trades to get the place in a condition for sale. We were a bit unlucky with a couple of contracts falling through but Martin always had a backup strategy in place. He has made this process less stressful with his expertise and personality and got me a price I was happy with for my home.

Our experience with Shenal was good. We achieved a sale, albeit a bit lower that what we initially wanted. She was prompt, a good communicator and was always accessible. I would consider using her again for future sales.

Martin was great to deal with throughout the entire buying process. He was professional, transparent and always quick to respond to any questions I had. His communication was clear and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Martin showed strong knowledge of the property and the local market, and he handled negotiations professionally while ensuring everything moved forward efficiently. I appreciated his straightforward approach and the support he provided from inspection right through to the purchase. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would happily recommend Martin to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Gerrard has been extremely accurate with values and sales estimates throughout many dealings. there is no one else I would trust to market and sell my property! Great communication, Honest advice. and he will always tell you exactly how it is no matter how hard that conversation may be! There are not many agents that would go around to your property and mow the grass before an inspection.... Gerrard did! There are no words that could accurately describe how much he has assisted myself over many years with general advice and honest opinion, He has managed rentals and sold properties for me several times!

Xander was open, transparent and knew the market well. He was extremely easy to contact, answered all questions in language I understood and I felt confident with him to sell at the best price. He obtained a price which far exceeded my goal price and it was a smooth and stress free experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to sell through Harcourts and Xander again.
