Xander was extremely helpful throughout the search for my first home. He was happy to answer many questions, keep me updated with offers I had put in and also show me off-market properties that aligned with what I was looking for - one of which I ended up buying. I cannot recommend Xander enough if you're looking to buy or sell.

Tania has been efficient, engaged and supportive through the sale of our first property. Tania understood our situation and worked with us to get our ideal outcome. Her regular updates and comforting calls helped us feel at ease through the journey. And best of all she met our sale price expectations.

Although we are very disappointed we made a loss on our property I would highly recommend Shenal. Her tenacity, communication, professionalism and her ability to problem solve got us through settlement which seemed an impossibility right up until the day. It is extremely hard to find someone with these qualities, any employer is extremely lucky to have her on board.

Xander’s knowledge of the local property market and his attention to detail with everything from the way my property was staged to being on site for photos making sure the photos were top notch, this process was amazing. I’ve had interactions with many agents none of which were willing to work as hard as Xander by doing open homes multiple times a week. To answering questions any time of day. I would not hesitate in recommending Xander and his team to anyone I know when transacting real estate

Shenal was a dream to deal with from the outset. She demonstrated excellence in communication, knowledge and her responsiveness to all my questions was second to none. Shenal made purchasing my first home as stress free as possible for which I am forever grateful. I haven’t stopped raving about her and her quality of service since I met her at the first inspection. Thank you Shenal for a truely impeccable experience. Looking forward to working together again in the future!

It was a very smooth process buying my property with Sameer's assistance. Sameer anticipated what i needed, not having bought a property for more than 20 years, answering questions before i knew i had them. Thank you Sameer!

If you are looking for an agent with integrity, professionalism and passion then Tania is the agent for you. Her honest approach and care made the process of a successful sale of my house possible. She always kept me in the loop with her communications which was always appreciated and looked forward to. Part of me is sad the process is over cause I am going to miss hearing from and talking with her. I could not have chosen a better selling partner to join me on this journey. Thank you Tania

Ben has been our first port of call for selling all of our properties, and throughout any of our dealings with Ben, he has been helpful, open and truthful. We would not have kept using Ben if we were not completely confident of his abilities with real estate.

Sameer is very professional, diligent and knows his stuff. He is so effective at his job that my property sold on the first day of the open house AND I had 2 competing parties interested in the property. Sameer handled everything like a pro and even got me more money for my property than I anticipated. I highly recommend Sameer - he is the Agent you’ve been looking for and can trust with your next property sale or purchase.
