Sameer was accommodating to our specific needs as investors flying in to Brisbane for a brief inspection period. He was available by phone, text and email and responded immediately through the entire process. Even after settlement he was prompt to respond to additional questions and concerns we had. His knowledge of the sales and rental market in the area was valuable to us as investors. We will contact Sameer first when we are ready for our next real estate venture. Great Job! Thank you.

Tania put in a lot of time and effort into selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble. She organised everything - from house cleaning to gardening to staging the house. Tania did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend her.

Sameer, from the very moment we met, always had us feeling comfortable in the process of purchasing our first investment property. He knew we were new investors, so we had plenty of questions, he was always happy to assist us, help us and guide us, but leaving us feeling satisfied with the information, but no pressure applied to us. We decided to make a purchase because of Sameers honesty and felt he had our best interests at heart. Our path to making that purchase was enjoyable and actually fun because of Sameers ability to help us feel comfortable. Thankyou Sameer, we will search you out next time for your wisdom and professionalism and will not hesitate in forwarding your details to our friends and family. Thanks so much Tim and Yuki.

Xander worked tirelessly to help us sell our house. He was quick to help solve many logistical situations, from arranging care for pets during open homes, to shifting large appliances, to liaising with solicitors about contractual issues; nothing was too much trouble. We loved that he remembered our kids' names and showed an interest in our lives. In a rapidly changing market, the fact that Xander ran open homes most days of the week gave us confidence that every potential buyer had the opportunity to view our house. He communicated with us in a clear, professional manner and provided sound advice at all stages, from preparing the house for sale to signing a contract. We can highly recommend Xander as an energetic, friendly real estate agent who will go above and beyond to get the best possible result. Thank you Xander!

I have worked with Sameer as both buyer and seller and you will have flawless experience on both sides. When working with Sameer as a buyer he was upfront, clear and worked with me to achieve an outcome where both myself as buyer and the seller would be happy. When selling my property recently with Sameer he again showed how valuable the insights and pragmatic approach he uses pays off. Sameer had buyers ready to go, and from first conversation to offer was 5 days and an offer which was above my expectation. When you work with Sameer you will be surprised and delighted as both buyer and seller as Sameer genuinely focused on the relationship and ensuring everyone wins, a very rare and admirable quality in a real estate agent.

We had a great experience from the first inspection with him. He was able to answer all of questions at inspection which usually some other agents are not prepared. This made us feel very assured and that he is very reliable agent. He was always available to support through contract stage and very quick to respond with any clarification we needed from the seller. He is very fun and easy to talk to. we had a great time with our second home purchase.

Sameer is the best agent that I have worked with over many years. His knowledge of the Real Estate market, communication style and negotiation skills are all excellent. He even contacted me about potential buyers while I was overseas and I know he was considerate of my tenants. A top rate professional.
