Janine did a great job selling our property. She gave useful advice about how to prepare it for sale and the best timing. She was very flexible and reasonable in her dealings with us and showed the property to its best advantage. We got detailed reports on potential buyers and were given lots of options in how we responded. Janine did a great job through the whole process. We also heard from the new owners that they also found her good to deal with through the process. We'd recommend Janine to any house sellers.
