We were very happy with the service provided by Andrew and Cain during the sale of our property in December 2021. We chose Andrew because of his approach and track-record. Andrew was knowledgeable, non-pushy and amiable in all dealings. It is often a challenge selling your family home and Andrew's team were always courteous and respectful. We were unsure about a traditional auction and Andrew's advice was to sell via an Openn negotiation process (viz online auction). We were very happy with this process and the outcome. Andrew was committed to getting us the best price for our property. The flexibility and transparency of the Openn negotiation was great - we (the sellers) could be confident that we got the best price in the current market, and the buyers could be confident that they were paying the market price as they could see each other's bids. The auction close was brought forward - reducing everyone's time. I would definitely recommend Andrew and his team, and if suggested as the best approach, the Openn negotiation process.
