I found Sameer to be gracious, understanding, helpful, and a true gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion, he excelled in every way. Even though I was dreading looking for a home, Sameer made the whole experience a happy one, and I purchased the house. Well done Sameer.

Sameer made the daunting task of selling our family home straightforward and trouble- free. With an excellent understanding of the current market, he gave us sound advice as to what we needed to do to prepare the property for sale. Once we were ready, he very efficiently had the house photographed and listed. Sameer was professional, reliable, kept us regularly updated and, within a short time, achieved a sale that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Sameer as a professional, honest and reliable agent.

My dealings started with Tanya almost 12 months before I listed. She didn’t try to hard sell and Tanya was always available to answer any questions I had and if she couldn’t answer them she would sort the information as a matter of urgency. She cares about the client and goes beyond the normal requirements of any agent I ever experienced. In all aspects to sell the property, Tanya did way beyond that you would expect from any agent and was available 24/7 to answer any questions or doubts that I may have had. I could go on and on about the service I received but I can assure you she is a genuine no nonsense agent, won’t beat around the bush and will work for you beyond your expectations. You will not, in my opinion find a better agent and I have had a few. My home was a very hard sell, though Tanya and her team did a fantastic job selling my home and I received an outcome that was much better than expected as a result. Thanks Tanya , you are a gem and wished there were more people like you out there in the work force that has the same work ethic’s and caring attitude you have.

Sameer listed my inner city apartment. Throughout the entire process he was always available to assist. He delivered well beyond my expectations. An unexpected issue arose and he was right across it immediately. His years of experience soon came to the rescue and gave myself and the buyer good sound advice on options and his suggested best approach was taken. He remained calm and professional in an unexpected situation. We don't live in a perfect world, so choose Sameer as he has the skills and knowledge to work through the sale or purchase of your property. Sameer went well beyond the remit of an agent. Selling or buying is one of the biggest decisions we can make in life, and can be stressful. Hearing Sameer say "I can sort that out for you" was very comforting. Sameer will take the stress from you, so just sit back and enjoy - and completely trust this man of integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending Sameer.
