Sure, Xander gave us a great real estate experience - but much more importantly he gave us a great future. The combination of him being a good person AND incredible at his job is such a winning formula. His heart is as big as his car (hehe) and you won't find anyone as hard working or as good at negotiating. We weren't even really considering selling.
