Good result
It took longer than we expected to sell our house but the end result was good and we greatly appreciated Mark and Jason's tenacity. In particular, their willingness to hold open inspections every week without fail was encouraging and greatly appreciated.

Sense humour down to earth honest works for both parties
OK Sue found me my perfect property on the first day we met. she listened to what I needed and immediately recommended a property at Inman valley. what she did not know was that I had owned that very same property 25 years back and sold it more than a decade ago. once i saw it again both myself and sue realised I just had to have it. she bent over backwards to see I was the new owner and managed to get a better price for the vendor than advertised. She has a sense of humour and always had time to listen to the latest stumbling block that came up in our pursuit of the funds to make the purchase.. Yes very happy with her input and the outcome.

Pleasant to deal with/good communicator/always available for any questions
I approached Harcourts because of word of mouth recomendations from friends from several areas of the fleurieu. I did this after an unsuccessful attempt to sell with another agent over abt 2 years.From the beginning Sue Brand was available with good advice and made the process of selling understandable.Also from the beginning she found more potential buyers than I had imagined possible.When one made an acceptable offer she has helped me negotiate the process and is always available for advice on problems and any questions.

Totally trustworthy, highly knowledgable and can be relied upon to work really hard for you. I would recommend sue to anyone buying or selling in the victor area whether in the town or for a rural property.
