At our first meeting we found Mark Forde to be agreeable, market knowledgeable, easy to discuss matters with and able to provide reasonable options for sale of our property. He was skilled in gaining information from us regarding our expectations of sale and timeframe for sale of our property. He did not push us for a contract - he gave us time and the necessary information to make an informed decision as to our choice of agent and to set our own pace and timing for property sale.
Prior to entering a marketing contract, Mark ensured that we clearly understood the terms of the contract we were entering with Harcourts South Coast.
During the process of drawing up a sales contract, he skilfully challenged us to clarify and express a range of sale prices acceptable to us. As a consequence he and we had a clear understanding of the price at which we were willing to let the property be sold. Prior to and following the signing of the sales contract Mark was always willing to arrange a meeting with us at our request to respond to questions and concerns that arose. As a consequence we gained and retained confidence in his ability to manage the sales process and to protect and promote our interests.
