Kelly went beyond her usual real estate agent duties and helped us in selling our home at Aberfoyle Park with such an ease that we sold our house without any hassles or worries. It was a long distance sale for us since we live interstate. Kelly was in constant touch with us form the day one and even helped us in everyway possible to make us feel comfortable with the entire sale process. If I have to say something about her in one sentence, I would say "Kelly is a real estate agent with great professionalism with a genuine human touch" I wish Kelly all the best.

Kelly is a Star Professional. From our first conversation of introduction and throughout the selling procedure, Kelly went above and beyond expectations making the process of selling my late mother's house a smooth process with a positive outcome. Communication was a key factor always keeping me posted with events occurring. With her team Jeff the painter and Hidie the stager who were friendly, kind and supportive. Vendors and Purchasers who deal with Kelly would only ever have a positive outcome and could not go wrong in choosing to put their needs in her hands. Thank you again, you are a full star rating.

Kelly had a good grasp of the state of the local market and was able to suggest a recommended sale price in excess of what we were anticipating. We happened to find a buyer via a mutual friend and Kelly continued to liase on our behalf to conclude the sale to our satisfaction.

From the very start Kelly displayed immense professionalism and an intimate knowledge of our area in a warm and friendly way. She exceeded our expectations in many ways including assisting with the preparation of the house prior to putting it on the market and then most importantly, exceeding our price expectations in less than 2 weeks. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who wants a great result in a short timeframe.
