Kelly has lived and worked in the area for more than a decade and has vast knowledge about demographics, property values and has a very easy going nature but don't be fooled, she will get you the best price! She will guide you if she thinks improvements could hasten the sale. I chose a contract that was subject to sale of another property and she kept in regular touch with my buyer and kept me up to speed every step of the way. While it can be a nerve wracking experience Kelly's calm assurance made the whole process as easy as it could have been.
