It was a fantastic decision to ask Belynda to sell our house. She was professional, efficient and understanding throughout the entire process. Words cannot express how delighted I am with all aspects of my property selling experience with Belynda. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be asking for her if I have to sell a property in the future. I interviewed several agents to find the right fit for the sale of my property and none of them came close to offering the personalised service which Belynda offered. From our opening meeting, Belynda was genuinely interested in me and my goals. She offered immediate solutions but more importantly she presented options which would meet the goals I we had talked about. I was genuinely made to feel that I was being listened to and I was a part of the sales process. Belynda best strength during my experience was her magnificent communication. Everything that she said that she was going to do was done quickly and accurately. She called me back when I needed to talk to her and was proactive at all stages offering advice and keeping me informed of the process. The whole experience felt like having a cup of coffee with a friend. Belynda's understanding and knowledge of the property market was extremely impressive. Of all the agents I interviewed, her assessment of time on market, pricing and sale price was by far the most accurate. Belynda's organisation skills were exceptional as I know how busy she is. She really made me feel that we were part of a team and that she cared about the same things that I did. She provided strategies and solutions regarding initial maintenance and how to present the property and had organised the necessary tradespeople within a very short time frame. I cannot speak highly enough of Belynda's team who work with her behind the scenes. On Belynda's advice, I had the house to be staged and I was so impressed with the results I nearly put a bid in myself! The property had never looked so good and must have made a huge difference to my potential buyers I feel so happy that I was lucky enough to have Belynda representing me
