Belynda went above and beyond from the first meeting. She was totally knowledgeable about the local area and went through a three month process with us as we fixed up our place for sale. She regularly checked in and provided links to other people who could help us with our first sale. Belynda shared our property with other agents from Harcourts so that they were all familiar with it. She made the whole process as stress free as possible and stayed on top of our sale in a crazy fast changing market. We affectionately call her “the sharp shooter” and would not hesitate to recommend her for your sale.

Belynda has been great to work with throughout the entirety of selling my apartment. When I hired her my apartment had been on the market for 6 months without any real interested buyers. Just 2 weeks after hiring her as my agent we had multiple interested parties, and an offer in writing after 3 weeks or so. I couldn't recommend Belynda highly enough.

Belynda sold my niece's block of land in the country very quickly considering its position. The whole process was achieved electronically and efficiently for which we are very grateful. Many thanks to her and we will catch up for a celebratory drink soon.

The advertisement that Belynda composed was very enticing. The first ad attracted several enquiries, one of which resulted in the sale. We were very impressed with the ad and great photos. We achieved very close to the advertised price as well. In all, a great experience.

Belynda was totally up to date with what the market was doing. She advised that our house was worth more than we thought and then brought in a buyer at the very top of the estimated range. Our property wasn't even on the market for a week and she managed the existing tenant skillfully and sensitively. She responds extremely quickly to enquires and even helped us retain a conveyancer, when ours was not responding in a timely manner. Belynda does what she says she is going to do and delivers more than she promises. She made the whole experience so easy for us. We can not recommend her highly enough. A very trustworthy and safe pair of hands!!

Belynda is quite simply outstanding. She was highly professional, keeping us fully informed at all times and ALWAYS followed through on what she committed to do. She was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond in her efforts to secure the best purchase price for the unit she was selling on our behalf. She is down to earth, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. The people buying our property needed to sell their house - she supported them to have it on the market within a week and it was sold a few days later! Belynda and her team provide outstanding service.
