Belynda was totally up to date with what the market was doing. She advised that our house was worth more than we thought and then brought in a buyer at the very top of the estimated range. Our property wasn't even on the market for a week and she managed the existing tenant skillfully and sensitively. She responds extremely quickly to enquires and even helped us retain a conveyancer, when ours was not responding in a timely manner. Belynda does what she says she is going to do and delivers more than she promises. She made the whole experience so easy for us. We can not recommend her highly enough. A very trustworthy and safe pair of hands!!
