Rebecca & team @ Harcourts Carrum Downs made the process seamless and were informative and professional in their guidance throughout the process which has changed dramatically since I last rented over 20 years ago. Had some unexpected maintenance issue in first 24 hours (Saturday evening) but the information provided allowed the engagement of the after hours emergency plumbers who had it fixed in just over an hour (includes travel time). Great first experiences!

This was our first time renting our property. Not only were we renting it out for the first time, we also were moving overseas for a period. We had a lot going on! As soon as I met Jane, she put me at ease. She is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all I immediately felt confident that we had one less thing to worry about. From the moment we signed up to Harcourts to manage the rental, Jane was in regular communication, helped us with the various forms, trades and managing the whole process. We were given a comprehensive breakdown of each applicants and got the house rented within two weeks and two viewings. Although we are at the start of the journey on the rental process, we couldn’t recommend Jane highly enough so far
