We have sold a few properties over the years now and well Harcourt Carrum Downs has shown me a completely different side to customer service. Caring genuine peoples people is all I can say. Im not having to follow up on anything they are contacting me to make sure I'm happy and ok with everything going on. What a beautiful feeling. As for renting well we haven't done it for many many years and this team has been wonderful walking us through every step and making sure we were looked after once our property sold. My friend introduced Harcourts CD to me, as I was not happy with my property manager who never answers my phone call or take a week to reply email. The property managers Serena and Tara are both excellent to deal with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good suggestions. My property was advertised and leased within a week, there are a lot of applications so Tara has assisted me to pick the best suitable ones. I’m very happy with Harcourt Carrum Downs and will not use another property manager again.
