We honestly could't be happier. There were so many positives out of our experience with Bryce and the whole Harcourts team, but above all else we sold for higher than our asking range in a very short timeframe! My recent sales experience was made seaming less due to Bryce extensive knowledge and experience. He extremely pleasant to deal with, readily available to answer any questions or advise on the process. Bryce has on more than one occasion gone over and above to ensure the property was in the best possible condition by personally redecorating including arranging for any maintenance work needed to be carried out.
