I have not had one problem with this Real Estate Agency. Rental staff 100 percent and assistance from office staff also excellent. Had a problem with water taps rang in the morning and plumber was out early afternoon. Very efficient service.

We have just signed the lease, and are about to move into our third rental property in a row through Harcourts Carrum Downs. Each move sadly has been due to the landlords either selling or needing to move back into their property, however in each case I found another suitable home through Harcourts and they have assisted us in securing the properties. Repair requests have always been responded to and resolved quickly and they have kept me updated on the progress of requests. They have also always been happy to put forward any reasonable requests to the landlords. To date we have had the pleasure of being looked after by Jane, Cassandra and currently Valene, honestly all three of these lovely ladies have been a pleasure to deal with, professional and efficient yet kind and friendly and I'm delighted to be continuing with Valene as our PM and with Harcourts.
