I am Very happy with the services provided by Valene. She is a Very skillful and thoughtful agent. Valene was able to find a tenant for my investment property within a fairly short period of time during the Covid-19 pandemic. Valene is a fantastic property manager, very responsive, competent and will go above and beyond for you. Highly recommended!.

After some hiccups with the original property manager, we had when we moved in (not supplying a move-in date or copy of the lease before taking bond and rent from us, and then going on annual leave the next day), after a week or 2 we had our Property Manager change to Jane and have never looked back. Jane is friendly, kind, responsive, and a laugh. Best property manager I have ever had. I try not to deal with the office itself because after having had a relationship with Jane, I find everyone else lacking. With all the COVID-19 restrictions I knew what was going on from conversations with Jane, however, I was given minimal information regarding contacting anyone in Harcourts by the office itself. Jane informed me of the changes in an offhanded conversation 2 to 3 weeks before any official Correspondance (1st of May) was sent from the office, regarding the suspension of inspections, rent increases, or suspensions of evictions as per government mandates. We were lucky and have had fulltime work all throughout the lockdown so we were never worried about not being able to pay our rent. Have I mentioned I love Jane Jefferies, she is the BEST!
