I have put my property in Carrum Downs to Harcourts Carrum Downs Real Estate Agent to manage for renting for over 10 years. A previous property manager seem lacking of experience and could not manage my property well. Since they have appointed a new property manager my property has been managing better. Look like she has got a lot of experience in managing the property, easier to contact, talk with confident and clear. She got the best tenant for my property in last contract and I hope the next tenant will be good as well. Well done !
