I have been with Harcourts for 10 years. After a shaky start with 2 different property managers that didn't fill me with confidence, I got Jane Jeffreys. What can I say, other than she has been fantastic since the day I she started managing my properties. Nothing is too hard, she is always open with advice on decisions to be made with the tenants, rental increases. She is always available to support with any rectifications and managing the tenants and trades to get access. As they say, you might deal with companies, though more importantly you deal with people.....good people. Looks like Harcourts looks after its people, as its people are looking after their customers.

Jane Jeffreys at Harcourts goes beyond her normal work as a real estate agent, very efficient in her job, very prompt in replies to email, phone calls, requests, and notifies the tenants ASAP, great communication from landlord to tenants. I have 3 rental properties and Hartcourt is the best out of the 3.

Without a doubt Jane is amazing . You seriously do not have to consider a thing with Jane managing your property absolutely everything is taken care of without you even thinking about it . The absolute best property manager I have ever had look after my property . Seriously she is gold

Having only rented for the passed 3 months, I have found Harcourts Carrum Downs to be excellent in their communication mostly via email which is great for me as I can’t get to the phone a lot of the time, I take pride in the way I presented the property today at my 3 inspection.. and I hope that reflexs back to the Agents and Owners.
