I have put my property in Carrum Downs to Harcourts Carrum Downs Real Estate Agent to manage for renting for over 10 years. A previous property manager seem lacking of experience and could not manage my property well. Since they have appointed a new property manager my property has been managing better. Look like she has got a lot of experience in managing the property, easier to contact, talk with confident and clear. She got the best tenant for my property in last contract and I hope the next tenant will be good as well. Well done !

I have been with Harcourts for 10 years. After a shaky start with 2 different property managers that didn't fill me with confidence, I got Jane Jeffreys. What can I say, other than she has been fantastic since the day I she started managing my properties. Nothing is too hard, she is always open with advice on decisions to be made with the tenants, rental increases. She is always available to support with any rectifications and managing the tenants and trades to get access. As they say, you might deal with companies, though more importantly you deal with people.....good people.
