We have sold 2 properties with Brad as our agent. He's a nice guy who really knows the market and doesn't give you any BS. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who would work harder for you to get the best possible price. If we had another property to sell we would gladly go back to Brad again.

i found Brad to be easy to deal with. His knowledge of the area was pretty much spot on. We interviewed 2 other agents before listing with Brad but did not feel comfortable with their attitude. Selling a house is a major event in your life and Brad made it easy and he did not over promise. He even showed up after being car jacked!
