Brad was the first agent we met with. He immediately made us feel at ease with his easy going nature and calm demeanour. Brad didn't try to give us a "sales pitch". In fact, when we first met him we said we weren't quite ready to put the house on the market and he was very accommodating and pencilled in a review date with us.
