Karen was amazing in selling 2 of my family homes. On the first sale, we could tell by her beautiful nature and her knowledge of the industry and local markets that she would help us immensely. Her positive attitude and professionalism embraced us, and the results were fantastic (through the Covid period). We advised Karen that we wanted to sell the other house but were not sure when to sell it. For over 2 years we confided in Karen to update us on the markets. This is where Karen really proved she cared more about our family interests than a quick sale. Through those 26 months she kept in touch by regularly updating us with not only the current market, but all the processes and ideas about house maintenance, moving and storage.
