After our son and partner purchased their home in Carrum Downs last year through Karen and the wonderful experience provided, we did not hesitate to ask Karen for an appraisal of our property (along with other agents from the Mulgrave area). She kept us updated with regular progress reports, and remained in contact with us and the prospective purchasers throughout the campaign. Due to the volatile market during our campaign, she closely monitored the market changes on a weekly basis to ensure we achieved a very successful result- which we did!!
