We had only just started the sale process, when my mother who owned the property being listed, died in New Zealand. This meant a delay and some additional complications with the sale process, which had to be undertaken from NZ. Bryce's patience and willingness to do what ever he could do help at the Aussie side of things, was a massive help. Bryce's network of prospective purchasers meant we were also able to get the property sold in a relatively short space of time, once it was back on the market. I would certainly recommend Bryce to anyone looking to sell their property.
