Bryce is just amazing! What a gentleman! Bryce has kept in touch with me over the years, always honest and took the time to speak to me when he knew we had no intention to sell at all during that time. When it was finally time to sell my investment property, I knew that he was the right person to help us. Bryce's guidance, honesty and advice was spot on and along with his amazing assistant Olivia, they make a magnificent team. Bryce and his team were amazing. In our first interview with Bryce we told him of our time frame and price range and that day he took the first couple through our property. The team were informative, professional and respectful throughout the processes of selling our property. It's always a little stressful buying and selling property regardless of the market demands and they were able to take off some of that stress from us and worked with us and achieved a price we were happy with.
