Bryce told me what i needed to do maximize price, i fixed up the things he said and as i am a bit disabled bryce offered to do physical labour. call Bryce the straight shooter he hid nothing and always told the truth. Bryce knows the local area and the market. A gun salesman, persistent he kept us in the loop during the whole process, the sale was professional and almost painless. Highly recommend this agent. He even rang me from interstate on his own time. 10 out of 10. I met him on a pamphlet call back he came round within 5 minutes and never gave up on the sale and he even rang after settlement. I would follow his advice if you like money in your pocket other than someone elses. A true vendors agent.
