We had a fantastic experience with Bryce. He was happy to give us good advise and didn't tell white lies to get us to lower our price for sale. When we told him that we wanted to achieve a price in our area that hasn't been reached before, he didn't buckle. Instead he stuck to a plan and executed brilliantly. We called 5 agents in when trying to pick an agent, 4 told us that auction don't work and their was no way that we could achieve our price. It was a breath of fresh air to hear an agent say (with confidence) that this process will work and that he believed that he could achieve it. Well.... all i can say is that not only did he work hard to achieve it, he convinced us to put our reserve up before the auction by 10K! (when have you ever heard an agent do that?) and he sold our property $17,000 above our revised reserve ($27,000 more then we were hoping to make). I think that bryce was very thorough polite and had a very good knowledge of every thing involved in the sale of our property should we decide to sell in the future I will definitely use him and I would also recommend him to anyone selling their property aswell, it's good to know there are still genuine people out in the world that will go above and beyond for your welfare. I am unaware of Bryce's market knowledge or negotiation skill sets, as I purchased the property at auction with minimum interaction. I wanted to put N/A, but that was not an option, so I put a half star, and the rating should have NO REFLECTION. In the communications area, Bryce, followed me up prior to the auction. He also fulfilled my requests after the auction. On the development side, I was a little disappointed that he did not come back to me with a definite NO, that he was not going to take my offer prior to the auction - it was a conclusion I came to. On the credibility aspect, from the minimum dealings that I have had, I have no issues at all.
