I think that bryce was very thorough polite and had a very good knowledge of every thing involved in the sale of our property should we decide to sell in the future I will definitely use him and I would also recommend him to anyone selling their property aswell, it's good to know there are still genuine people out in the world that will go above and beyond for your welfare. I am unaware of Bryce's market knowledge or negotiation skill sets, as I purchased the property at auction with minimum interaction. I wanted to put N/A, but that was not an option, so I put a half star, and the rating should have NO REFLECTION. In the communications area, Bryce, followed me up prior to the auction. He also fulfilled my requests after the auction. On the development side, I was a little disappointed that he did not come back to me with a definite NO, that he was not going to take my offer prior to the auction - it was a conclusion I came to. On the credibility aspect, from the minimum dealings that I have had, I have no issues at all.

We have had a delightful experience selling our rental propery. Troy's knowledge on the market in our area was extrordonary.
