We had a fantastic experience with Bryce. He was happy to give us good advise and didn't tell white lies to get us to lower our price for sale. When we told him that we wanted to achieve a price in our area that hasn't been reached before, he didn't buckle. Instead he stuck to a plan and executed brilliantly. We called 5 agents in when trying to pick an agent, 4 told us that auction don't work and their was no way that we could achieve our price.
