Derek takes the time to to really understand his clients' needs. He is a great communicator and nothing is ever too much trouble ... a genuinely nice person all around. At the beginning of 2017, we agreed to meet with Shaun and Tayla of Harcourt's for an appraisal of our parents' deceased estate. Shaun and Tayla conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They viewed the property, gave us advice regarding upgrading our house and recommended selling the property by Auction. Their marketing package was impressive and their strategy was comprehensive. Listening to our intuition led my sister and I to engage Shaun and Tayla as our agents. We felt we could trust them and are glad we did! Shaun and Tayla were very professional, confident, thoroughly committed and completely honest. Following their advice, we were given time to prepare the property for market presentation. Harcourt's did a remarkable job on the photos and video. Before and after each open house and private inspection, Shaun and Tayla were prompt, reliable and excellent communicators, keeping us well informed on every aspect of the sale throughout the whole time. My family and I were thrilled and grateful when the property sold just before the Auction took place. After the sale, Shaun and Tayla expressed their congratulations and continued to offer guidance towards finalising the sale of the property. shaun % tayla were excellent thay came when reququested they gave us some tips on what to do to help the sale, once we had taken care of the few issues that needed attention the open house was rranged this took place at 1o'clock on a saturday and 29 viewers turned up, 9 offers were made and the house was sold for a lot more than we expected at 430 that afternoonso we would'nt hesitaengencyencyete to recommend shaun and tayla or harcourts agency to sell property

Yes! He is different. We were selling our house under auction conditions and we had 5 weeks of open houses ahead. Shaun manged with his outstanding personality and negotiations skills to sell the house on the first open house with a very good price. He is well informed with the market situation and comes to you with a plan and a very clear road map. A few things that we liked when dealing with Shaun are : 1- Positive attitude. 2- Keeps u in the loop with constant updates. 3- Sales skills with honesty. 4- Professionalism on all aspects. Harcourts has been the managing agent for our parent's property for the last several years. They have been very professional and we have been impressed.
