I had not met Derek prior to the sale process. I cold called a few agents and allowed them to make their pitch for the business. Derek impressed me from the start because he showed a great deal of patience and respect in conducting his negotiations. It was a difficult property to sell because it needed a fair bit of work but Derek showed the persistence that was required. A am confident because of the effort that he put in that the price that we got was what the property was worth. I would definately recommend Derek Worthington as a sales agent.

Jimmy and I had over 6 agents over to discuss selling our home and what they have to offer... there was really only 1 stand out and that was Shaun. He is honest, reliable and tells it how it is.
