Shaun is very friendly and high professional agent. He is very efficient, responsible with great communication skills. Derek Does the Deal.
I haven't sold a house for many years, so I was very apprehensive about how to get the best result. I found that Derek was friendly, efficient and professional, mapping out a plan of action and keeping me well informed with how the marketing campaign was progressing and providing regular buyer feedback. Most of us don't sell a house all that often, so you need someone who can guide through a potentially stressful process and who has your best interests at heart. Highly Recommend Derek
Derek was recommended to us by a friend and he proved to be an exceptional choice. He clearly communicated with us at all times and achieved a fantastic price for our property only days after we listed it. Our property took longer than we expected to be able to come into the market (as it was a bequest in a will) and throughout the process Derek was patient, helpful and communicating with us at all times.

Thank you for making it an easy process
In what is sometimes quite a difficult and overwhelming process you want an agent that is a clear communicator, great listener and a trustworthy adviser. Shaun Moss was definitely this. Tayla Sandiford was a part of the team in selling our property and she is definitely one to watch out for as an up an comer in the industry.
