We have recently sold a block of land and Steve was great during the whole process - giving us updates on potential buyers and current market. He is very knowledgeable and polite, real pleasure to deal with! We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Shaun was very reliable and communicated with us every step of the way during the sale process. After every open house we would receive a call with feedback. During the negotiation period he was transparent and honest every step of the way. I would definitely use Shaun's services again.

We would both highly recommended Derek to all in their ventures in selling....Once again THANKYOU !

It was a pleasure to deal with Steve, Esther and Antonia from Harcourts. We think they were fair to both purchaser and vendor and considered the interests of both parties. We did not ever feel pressured and would recommend them.

Our experience with Harcourts and their representative Tom Spiljar has been nothing but positive, from the initial response to our enquiry, through discussions and advice on the various methods of approaching the sale of our house to the final decision and subsequent negotiations with the purchaser, culminating in the successful sale at the price we wanted. I can highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for someone to represent them in the sale of their home.
