Your house is as good as sold, Shaun is that good!
When asked which real estate agent was working with me I replied ‘Shaun Moss’. Their reply was ‘Oh, your house is as good as sold’. And yes, Shaun is that good. After one open house, a dozen private viewings, having been listed for a fortnight my house was ‘as good as sold’. Shaun negotiated vigorously and added $25K to initial offers. Yes, Shaun is that good. Shaun had talked me through the marketing strategy utilised by Dougmal Harcourts Real Estate and provided a genuinely honest appraisal of the home improvements needed to prepare my house for viewing. Throughout the entire process Shaun was both approachable and accessible to bounce ideas around with. This is one person who has found their calling, Shaun is incredibly comfortable and energised in the world of real estate, and with the wonderful team at Harcourts facilitated the smooth sale of my house. When I signed with Shaun, I asked that I be kept informed of what was happening. He certainly did just that. Every step of the way he kept us informed of what was done what he said he would do. I have sold houses previously, but I have never had an agent as good as Shaun. I was pleased with the price he negotiated and with the short time it took to sell our house.I would recommend Shaun to any prospective vendors. As I have dealt with Tom a number of years ago in purchasing my first property, he has been very professional, always kept me informed and up to date of how progress was moving in achieving my first property. I also would like to add that the team at Harcourts managed the property when it was turned into a rental property, they have done an excellent job in managing the property and i would recommend the team at Harcourts without hesitation. Tom was also instrumental in assisting me in selling the property and i found that his professionalism and knowledge in the property market to be right on the mark. Shaun lives up to his reputation!
Shaun was just great!. He had to go the extra mile as my property was tenanted. Shaun worked diligently with the tenants arranging the photo shoots, inspection visits and even got the tenants to present the property in the best possible light. Shaun constantly kept me up to date on prospective purchasers and got me a sale price in the range I was happy with. Thanks Shaun!
