Was very happy with the time and effort Shaun put in the marketing and sale price of my home. He is down to Earth very easy to communicate with, promptly returns calls and answers questions. I rarely write references for people doing their job however in this instance I feel it's important to congratulate Shaun Moss from Harcourts who recently sold my property in Raby NSW. As a Commercial Sales Executive of 20 years I pride myself on excellence and customer service. Something I thought was absent within the real estate industry. Last year I had the same property listed with a different agent as I made the decision on cost of sale not experience. I can say it was the biggest mistake I have made. The previous agent had the property for 4 weeks with 4 open houses and only managed to generate 17 people through the property in total. Not only did I have poor traffic through my property but extremely poor communication. When selling your home communication is key so you understand what’s happening all the way through the process. Fast forward 1 Month I was referred to Shaun from a friend who had a great experience. The day Shaun walked into my house there was no negotiation on agent commission fees and marketing material. As a sales executive myself I never pay retail. Not only did Shaun present himself in a professional manner but he was able to get me at full retail and full marketing cost. I said to myself if he can get me! he is the man I want selling my house. Shaun was always contactable, professional & walked me through every process. The 1st open house he managed a staggering 37 couples through the property and secured an offer on the same day. The lesson here is don’t worry about the additional agent’s fee when you have a professional selling your largest asset in life. Quality costs. I have no reservations in recommending Shaun to anyone in the MacArthur area especially Raby. Thank you Shaun your efforts and the way you conducted yourself throughout the process it was fantastic.
