The best agent by far!
We met many agents but Steve and his team stood out for us. He communicated with us even a year before we were planning to sell. He is never too busy, he always made us feel like we were valued. Selling our home was a difficult decision. But Steve made us feel comfortable and positive throughout the whole process. If vendors do not give Steve Arentz and his team a call, they are doing themselves a massive disservice!

Outstanding Result
Steve is highly professional and an expert in his field. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. His knowledge of the market and understanding of our intentions allowed us to achieve a result well above our expectations. He managed the inspections with sensitivity to the needs of tenants but ensuring the necessary opportunity for buyers to have access. He gave an extraordinary amount of time to the entire process.
