Before putting our house on the market we had heard a lot about Shaun Moss & Cathy Furness being the Raby real estate specialists, however we thought we would interview 4 of the top agents in the Campbelltown area, both me and my wife felt that Shaun & Cathy were the best agents for the job and we felt more relaxed and comfortable with them as a strong team. We selected Shaun and the team from Harcourt’s to market our home as we knew they would get the job done, also they were the only agent that recommended the auction process. Within hours after hiring Shaun we knew we were in great hands, his communication was fantastic. We took Shaun & Cathy’s advice to sell by auction, we had 8 open homes with over 80 inspections, every week we were given written reports on every single buyers thoughts and if contracts of sale were requested. We were very nerves on Wednesday night at the auction before it started, but WOW what a great result selling on the night. We were very happy with the process from start to finish and the sale price. After meeting with a number of the top real estate agents who serve the Macarthur district, I was very impressed with Shaun and selected his team to sell my in-laws' house. His communication and particularly his ability to listen to and act on his client's needs were top class. His team offered a premium package and database of potential buyers that gave me a lot of confidence, and his real zeal for the Raby area where both the house was located and where my wife and I currently reside was very apparent. Shaun was able to market the house for an excellent price in very short time (a matter of a few days) and then remained in constant contact by phone very regularly during the cooling off period. For a hard-working agent who really looks after the vendor's interests at all times, I doubt I would have found a better one in the area, and would highly recommend his services for anyone considering selling their home in this locality.
