Clear communication and exceeded expectations
Colin was extremely helpful with assessing what was needed to present the property. This showed when within a couple of weeks and just a few showings we had the property sold at a very realistic price. We have been both buyers and sellers now and appreciate the way Colin enables a low stress experience.

Needs to focus on the whole transaction
We purchased a house from Wendy in Devonport. It's the small details that matter. We had to chase up letting her know a settlement time and she was not going to meet at the house to drop off the keys. Given it is one of the most important purchases we will make in our lives - I think it is important for the agent to know when a property they are selling is settling and to personally meet the buyer at the house. As I say it's the small details that count and they were missed by Wendy.
