Vince is a straightforward agent. He is also quick to respond to any questions or concerns about the property and was also helpful and very quick with helping to organize the building and pest a day before the inspection with current tenants still living in the property. My only comment would be the price was a little deceiving for the property. There were a couple of changes in the price of the property with the ex owners ultimately wanting even more than the price put forward initially which made it a little tricky to put forward a final offer. However, overall, the agent dealt with everything fairly and I would recommend him to my friends when it comes to contacting an agent for buying or selling their properties.

We used Andrew to sell our house/granny flat in Blacktown. From the initial contact all the way through to closing the sale, we've been impressed with Andrew's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Andrew got off to a great start at the initial "pitch" meeting. He had clearly done his homework and had prepared lots of material. Comparing Andrew's approach to that of the sales agent from the agency managing our property was an eye-opener; the sales agent from the agency managing our property hadn't even bothered to find out what rent we were receiving, and had assumed that the contract to sell our property was a done deal.
