We used Andrew to sell our house/granny flat in Blacktown. From the initial contact all the way through to closing the sale, we've been impressed with Andrew's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Andrew got off to a great start at the initial "pitch" meeting. He had clearly done his homework and had prepared lots of material. Comparing Andrew's approach to that of the sales agent from the agency managing our property was an eye-opener; the sales agent from the agency managing our property hadn't even bothered to find out what rent we were receiving, and had assumed that the contract to sell our property was a done deal. The sales material that Andrew's team prepared for realestate.com and domain.com was impressive, especially the photographs. Having the photographs virtually staged was well worth the money. The sales process itself was flawless. There was lots of Harcourts people in attendance at the viewings. We got updates via SMS on the numbers of viewers, and Andrew would sometimes call in the evening to give us a verbal update. Although we passed-in at the auction, we had every confidence that Andrew would get us the price that we wanted by private treaty, which indeed he did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone selling property in the Blacktown area. Great work Andrew mate.
