Even in the current real estate market. In particular we appreciate the weekly face-to-face meetings and his straight forward manner. From the original sit down he was clear and concise in regards his role and the requirements of us as vendors. Which made for a smooth and happy selling process. Lucky we choose jimmy
jimmy is the best agent. he worked extremly hard(even on sunday) and have a wealth knowledge of local area and the current market. we know he will get it from the first day. he sold our property $190,000 over the highest offers from previous agenies in less than 3 weeks. we don't know how he did it. but what he said to us we will never forget"making promise and delivering them are 2 differnt things"
