We first met Jimmy a few years ago when he sold my neighbour's property. My first impression with Jimmy was such a sense his professionalism and wealth of knowledge of the Vermont area. My husband and I were considering to sell at that time and our conversation flowed effortlessly with Jimmy and we discussed the current market back and forth. Two years went by and I remembered Jimmy. Why would I consider a real estate agent that was not familiar with the trends of the local market? Why would I select an agent that was not situated nearby to me? I knew that Jimmy was the kind of agent that had potential buyers lined up, that would have interest in my property. Not only was he showing buyers through our property on the set open times, he would also take people through privately. (On some occasions being quite late on a Saturday or Sunday night). Jimmy's enthusiasm really impressed me. He was always hopefully to get the best result possible and he kept us positive, enough though the market had dipped so dramatically.
