Kept His Word
jimmy and his team were great people to work with, from the first moment we met, Angela and Jimmy listened to our story and appreciated the hard work our parents put into our family home, no one wants to sell their childhood home so we appreciated their understanding on how emotional this was, we had a price in mind and jimmy knew we stood firm on this. Jimmy said leave it to me i understand i will get it for you, and he did within a few short weeks we got what he promised us, kept his word, great work Jimmy, thank you and your great team.

Wanted to leave a position feedback but can I?
Jimmy sold my house. When my house was still on the market, Jimmy was contactable, approachable, always answered my calls and helpful which I really appreciated. After my house was sold and the commission was deducted from the deposit, whilst checking the invoice from his agent I noticed that there was a cost that I had a question on and wanted to check with him as there appeared that we had had miscommunication about the cost. I tried to call him, he blocked my phone calls, he ignored my text messages and emails. I must say I feel very disappointed and upset by how he treated me, very unprofessional. All I wanted was a conversation with him to clarify my query, but he continues to block my calls to today and ignore my messages. I really wanted to leave positive feedback for you Jimmy, but I still can’t get through to you, you continue to block my phone calls, why?

Expectations met.
When we contacted Jimmy and asked him to visit our home for an appraisal, we were super impressed from the get go. Jimmy's professional approach and passion for achieving the best possible result for us was evident from the start. He explained all the strategies he could implement to get the best sale result, and also backed it up with statistics. He was the only agent that didn't walk in here and start talking about going to Auction. "You have to gauge the interest first!, Some homes get the best result from Auction, but not all do." Which I totally agree with. Throughout the whole campaign Jimmy kept us up to date with how the campaign was going, and most importantly, he saw the signs and reacted when something needed to be actioned or changed. In the end, we didn't need to go to Auction because Jimmy was able to get a great result days before. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the result Jimmy was able to get for us in a market that is a little unpredictable, and the media is constantly reporting negative headlines such as "Rising Interest Rates", "Falling Market" and so on. Everything Jimmy told us about the potential of our property to deliver a good result, came to fruition. I have no hesitation to recommend Jimmy Lu to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
