A great experience
The experience we had in the selling of our home was excellent. The help, and advise from Jimmy and his team made the whole operation run very smoothly. On top of gaining a good figure for our sale, Jimmy was the one who even found our hoped for dream townhouse, and helped with that purchase. All went really well -- so 99 out of 100, for a great job-well done. Dale

Excellent performance
Our house was sold at a decent price really fast thanks to Jocelyn and Jimmy's diligence. They provided a lot of great advice since the beginning and have always communicated well. A massive thank you to them and would definitely recommend.

Hard working agent...
We engaged Jimmy in a falling market. Jimmy and his colleague Yuan Yuan were absolutely fantastic in achieving a very good outcome. They didn't give up despite the state of market and ended up selling our property in line with our expectations. Their efforts including hard work through out the campaign is commendable. I have known Jimmy for years and I admire his passion to sell properties. He comes across as a very straight forward guy who gives you appropriate advise and remains very honest. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in near future.

Great agent who delivers great outcome...
I have known Jimmy for years being local in the area. Jimmy and his team work hard, work very closely with the vendors, make efforts to understand vendor's requirement and sell the property as if they are selling their own. They are always available to answer your questions and provide you a very detailed feedback during the sales campaign. They are very experienced in Vermont South area and provide you appropriate recommendations to ensure Vendor's expectations are met.
