Fantastic Agent
Paul and Tobie have been fantastic in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. They went through every step of the process with us, and ensured they were always available to answer any queries or concerns. They made what is a stressful time in our lives, much more relaxed and enjoyable. Would recommend this team to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.

An Amazing Team
I was sceptical about selling my home as I thought it was going to be too hard and stressful, but how wrong could I have been. Paul and his team gave me the time I needed to ask questions and I was provided some great advice, then they waited patiently for me to be ready. Paul explained a few options and left the decisions to me. I felt comfortable from the start and never felt pushed into making decisions. When I decided to have a few things fixed up around the house they organised everything that I needed, from the gardening to having the house painted and staged. I was worried with working full time and having children I would not have had the time to organise it all, but that ended up not been an issue at all. My home sold in what I feel was record time (1 open) and I believe that this would never have happened if I did not have Paul and his team. I have been dealing with Paul and Tobie and both have been AMAZING!!!!! The follow ups and checking in to see how I was going with everything (after the sale) makes it feel so personal and not brushed aside after the sale is done. I would 100% recommend these guys and if I ever sell again I will definately be using them again.

Smooth process from start to finish!
Purchasing my second property on my own was initially very daunting, however Ben’s personable and friendly approach from start to finish made my purchase a very pleasant and stress free experience! I am very pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to others. He went above and beyond, answering all intricate details about the process and I can’t wait to finally move in to my beautiful new home! Thank you Ben!

Stress Free Sale
Paul and Ahmed were fantastic from the very beginning . Within a 3 week time span we had our initial meeting, the property was placed on the market and sold the very first open. Not only was Paul's appraisal the highest out of all the agents, he also managed to produced a sale exceeding our expectations. Tobie kept us informed throughout the settlement process which gave us peace of mind. Meagan was able to develop great marketing material in a matter of days with the professional photography of Ben Huckstepp. Without a single doubt in my mind I highly recommend you give Paul and his team the opportunity to sell your home.
