Being first home buyers, we went to A LOT of open homes. We found there to be a fair number of agents who seemed unapproachable and disinterested in us as we wanted to ask a lot of questions about the property. We found this confronting and therefore often decided to keep looking. When we first met Paul he was very friendly and approachable! He answered our questions honestly and we got the impression he really wanted to help us. The negotiations with the vendor were very quick because he helped us get to an honest and agreeable price without us feeling disadvantaged as first home buyers or out of our depth. Tobie was also very nice and amazing at explaining things clearly and acting quickly with paperwork. She is a very lovely person! If your property has any appeal to first home buyers I would genuinely recommend you get Paul and Tobie to sell your property. But just in general Paul was the most honest and approachable agent we met during our search. If we sell in the future we will definitely be using their services!
