Between Paul and Tobie they managed to pull off the impossible, they sold my house after I had only owned it for 12 months, for more than I initially paid. Communication was fantastic, well presented and very down to earth and personable, they went well out of their way to make things happen, especially in a climate of bank integrity being in question. We really enjoyed having Tobie and Paul sell us our investment property, Tobie was very efficient with all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure she could help with all our needs. We had sold through Harcourts once before and knew that we were in good hands when buying this property, and knowing that the respect as a buyer or a seller doesn’t end after the sale is reassuring, both Tobie and Paul are by far the best real estate agents, hubby and myself own multiple properties and have experienced a few agents, we had a choice of two properties we were interested in and chose the one that was being sold by Paul and Tobie because we 100% knew we would be looked after. Tobie is just delightful to chat with too, we went into the office to sign paperwork and ended up sharing life stories and that to me says she is not just interested in a sale she is interested in you as a person too.
