Paul and his associate Tobie could not have been more helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Achieved a fantastic outcome and handled so professionally every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and their communication with us was first class. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Being first home buyers Ben was very thorough in explaining all of the details involved with buying & made us feel very comfortable. He has had great communication with us throughout & has always kept us in the loop & explained the whole process. Very happy - thanks Ben :)

extremely professional agent and business system achieved an excellent outcome for me as the seller sold within a shorter than expected time anyone considering selling in an area covered by Matt would be nuts not to use him as their agent I could not be happier with my choice of agent

Between Paul and Tobie they managed to pull off the impossible, they sold my house after I had only owned it for 12 months, for more than I initially paid. Communication was fantastic, well presented and very down to earth and personable, they went well out of their way to make things happen, especially in a climate of bank integrity being in question. Paul is a second generation real estate agent and has great salesmanship and knows his stuff. Tobie is his off sider and is a beautiful person, who has great communication skills and very tenatious in getting the deal done. I would recommend this team without hesitation. Tony

From the first contact with Ben Gow, to the sale of our property, Ben was very approachable and professional. We appreciated the constant feed back, bringing the property to market and throughout the whole process, to achieve a sale in a short time frame. We have no hesitation in recommending the Harcourts team and in particular Ben Gow.

We’d like to thank Matt and his team for selling our property. We had a contract signed within a week of the property being on the market and were very pleased with the result and service

Alex is, to put it simply, AMAZING! His natural demeanor puts you at ease instantly. Communication is spot on. He says it how it is & there are no pushy sales tactics. He sold our home after the first open for a price that exceeded our expectations. We would (& have) recommend him to everyone who is looking to sell in the North East. Thank you so much Alex for making what could have been a stressful experience, easy, quick & simple!

We really enjoyed having Tobie and Paul sell us our investment property, Tobie was very efficient with all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure she could help with all our needs. We had sold through Harcourts once before and knew that we were in good hands when buying this property, and knowing that the respect as a buyer or a seller doesn’t end after the sale is reassuring, both Tobie and Paul are by far the best real estate agents, hubby and myself own multiple properties and have experienced a few agents, we had a choice of two properties we were interested in and chose the one that was being sold by Paul and Tobie because we 100% knew we would be looked after. Tobie is just delightful to chat with too, we went into the office to sign paperwork and ended up sharing life stories and that to me says she is not just interested in a sale she is interested in you as a person too. Thanks Tobie it was lovely working with you.
